The AI EHS Agency
Software gives you forms. Cwork gives you finished work.
Twenty-one AI agents run environment, health, and safety end to end. They assess the risks, watch the regulations, draft the reports, and chase every action to close, while your specialists do what only they can: review, decide, and prevent.

The Difference
A tool makes the work faster. An agency does the work.
Every EHS platform on the market is software: it waits for input, offers a blank form, and stores whatever gets typed in. Cwork starts from the opposite premise. It shows up with the work already done and asks for your approval.
Software does this: Presents a blank incident form
Cwork does this: Delivers a drafted report for approval
Software does this: Sends a reminder that an inspection is due
Cwork does this: Builds the checklist from that site’s own risk profile
Software does this: Stores what each site types in
Cwork does this: Connects the pattern across every site you run
Software does this: Waits to be told the regulation changed
Cwork does this: Watches the official sources and flags your gap
Software does this: Reports on what already went wrong
Cwork does this: Names the exposure while it is still preventable
How It Works
From incident to prevention, without the busywork.
Follow one incident from the first report to the closed action, with your team approving every step along the way.
01Report
Anyone reports in seconds from anywhere, and AI structures the rest.
- Report by text, photo, or voice from any device.
- AI classifies severity and type automatically.
- The right people are notified instantly.
02Investigate
AI runs the root cause analysis while the details are still fresh.
- Contributing factors mapped automatically.
- Evidence and witness input linked to the case.
- A draft investigation report, ready for review.
03Act
Your team approves corrective actions, and Cwork handles the follow-through.
- Corrective actions proposed from root causes.
- Owners and deadlines assigned automatically.
- Progress tracked until every action closes.
04Learn
Every incident feeds risk intelligence that prevents the next one.
- Trends and hotspots surfaced across sites.
- Recurring root causes flagged early.
- Compliance-ready records, always up to date.
The Agents
One orchestrator. Twenty specialists.
Each specialist owns one process area within ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001 and manages it properly, just as you would expect from a dedicated hire. Cora decides which specialists an event needs and in what order, then holds every output until a named human approves it.
Cora
Orchestration Agent · The single brain
Every input arrives here first — a voice note, an inspection finding, a sensor reading, a change in the law. Cora reads it, calls the specialists it needs in the right sequence, runs the quality gate between each handoff, and passes the finished work to a named human for approval.
Planning — 3 agents
Argus
ProactiveRisk Agent
Finds the hazards before they find you through risk analysis, environmental aspects and impacts, and fire and explosion assessments, all kept live and never filed away.
Themis
ProactiveCompliance Agent
Tracks the law you are actually held to, compares it against your legal register, and holds the deadlines with a deterministic rule engine.
Polaris
FieldPlanning Agent
Sets HSE objectives and targets, and builds the plan that actually reaches them, with resourcing and milestones written in.
Support — 2 agents
Dewey
ProactiveDocument Agent
Keeps documented information ISO-clean: versions, review cycles, approvals and retrieval. Never lets a procedure quietly expire.
Luca
ProactiveTraining Agent
Onboarding, training and awareness, competency and training records. Answers one question cleanly: is this person safe to go?
Operation — 10 agents
Portia
FieldVisitor Agent
Gets visitors and contractors site-ready before they reach the gate, with induction, access, insurance, and qualification documents checked, completed, and signed off.
Marshal
FieldPermit to Work Agent
Authorises high-risk work, including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, isolation, and lockout, from request through closeout.
Sana
FieldSafety Agent
Runs the safety backbone through committees, job safety analysis, chemical inventory, and safety data sheets, ensuring hazard communication never goes stale.
Cara
FieldObservation Agent
Behavioural observations, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. Where culture gets measured instead of asserted.
Iris
FieldVision Agent
Reads the camera feed for hazards people walk past every day, including blocked egress, missing guards, and PPE gaps in active work areas.
Zen
FieldErgonomics Agent
Assesses the ergonomic risks in tasks that injure people slowly, including posture, repetition, load, and reach across a full shift.
Aria
FieldHygiene Agent
Industrial hygiene: noise exposure, indoor air quality and respiratory risk, with the monitoring programme that evidences them.
Delta
FieldChange Agent
Management of change. Nothing moves on site, whether plant, process or people, without the risk being re-read and the change approved.
Phoenix
FieldEmergency Agent
Emergency preparedness and response, crisis management and business continuity, drilled, versioned and ready rather than filed.
Terra
FieldGreen Agent
Tracks waste, water, air, emissions and energy, then turns them into sustainability reporting and supplier ESG screening you can stand behind.
Performance evaluation — 2 agents
Astra
CoreAnalytics Agent
Reads precursors and leading indicators, tracks TRIR and LTIR, and names the sites that are drifting before the lagging numbers say so.
Audra
FieldAudit Agent
Plans audits and inspections, records findings against the clause they belong to, and tracks every audit action through to close.
Improvement — 3 agents
Ivy
CoreIncident Agent
Takes the report the moment it lands, classifies it, opens the investigation, links the cause and carries it through to a closed action.
Rune
CoreRoot Cause Agent
Runs 5-Why, Ishikawa and barrier analysis until the real cause is named rather than the nearest one.
Axel
CoreAction Agent
Writes the corrective and preventive actions, assigns owners and dates, and chases them to closure.
Architecture
Autonomy is the easy part. The guardrails are the product.
Twenty agents acting on regulated work would be reckless without hard limits. Four components draw the line between what an agent may do alone and what must stop at a person.
Orchestration
One brain, not twenty opinions
Specialists never freelance. Cora routes every input, sequences the agents an event actually needs, and enforces a quality gate between each handoff, so what lands on a desk is one coherent file rather than twenty overlapping ones.
Deterministic compliance engine
Deadlines are calculated, never inferred
Legal rules, notification windows and mandatory fields are resolved by a rule engine, not by a language model. The AI drafts the content; the engine decides what the law requires and when. That boundary is not negotiable.
Corporate memory
Every event teaches the next one
Incidents, causes and the measured effectiveness of corrective actions feed a retrieval layer every agent draws on. Similar past cases surface automatically — the institutional memory that normally walks out when a good specialist does.
Human approval & audit trail
Someone signs, and it is on record
Every critical output stops at an authorised human. Every agent decision is logged with its inputs, its rationale and a timestamp, so a finding can be traced back years later: who approved what, and on what basis.
Who We Are
AI agents run your EHS work end to end, while your team stays in control.
Cwork was founded by EHS professionals who spent more than 25 years implementing safety systems for Fortune 500 manufacturers around the world. Everywhere we went, the same pattern repeated: platforms digitised the paperwork and left the real problems untouched, including late reports, shallow investigations and actions that never close.
So in 2025, we started from a blank page. Not a 40-year-old platform with AI bolted on, but a native multi-agent architecture with one mission: fix the work itself and make the safe decision the easy one for everyone on site.
Private Pilot
Put the agency to work on your operation.
We’re onboarding a limited group of manufacturers ahead of general availability. A 40-minute briefing covers the agent architecture, your regulatory coverage and what a pilot across your sites would look like, with real answers and no demo theatre.
